A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the Lake Sinclair area and visiting nearby towns for shopping, dining, and attractions.

To comply with local laws and insurance requirements, all guests must electronically sign a rental agreement before check-in. This will be sent after booking. Thank you for helping us provide a safe, professionally managed stay.

In an effort to maintain a secure premise and the safety of our guests, there is a Ring doorbell on the front porch.
The camera is ONLY on the exterior of the home, there are NO cameras inside the home. This outward- facing camera is activated by motion and records both video and audio.

The water depth at the end of our dock ranges between 3ft-5ft.

The closest store is Dollar General , located 13 miles away. The closest small grocery store is Sandy's IGA and it is 16 miles in the downtown area of Sparta. However, Instacart delivers to the property from several major grocery stores in Milledgeville! So, you never have to leave the fun! If you want to drive to Milledgeville to shop or enjoy restaurants there, you are 37 miles away (shorter by boat). We are definitely a great escape away from the hustle and bustle. We usually like to get most if not all of our groceries on the way into the property. The neighboring cities from all directions have various stores to do so.
INSTACART does DELIVER to the property. Update!!!! They just added Kroger as a delivery option! You would just need an account with them to do so. There is a small long-distance fee, but it is very reasonable if you don't want to leave the FUN. We have always had flawless delivery experience with them.

We want you to be able to relax which starts when you’re packing and loading up the SUV for your drive and we know this part can be stressful so we got you covered. We supply all the bathroom amenities (soap, body wash, conditioner, lotion), lake towels, fully loaded kitchen, Coffee Bar, and much more so you don’t have to pack it or buy it.
