Very easy to check in room was ready when we got there. Rooms were clean. Staff was polite easy access to the beach and we also like that. We were only there for three days and we got a short term rental for that instead of having to book the whole week, we just wanted a long weekend we would recommend the sea ranch resort to anyone. We had a great time.

Fantastic room and walked on to beach. Good restaurant near by and Black Pelican excellent only short drive away. Breakfast was anazing

My 1st review was removed and the property telephoned me on my private cell phone to basically "tell me off" - contravening the privacy policy of Expedia. The property itself was fine. The suite was clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and very quiet. My only concern was this hotel had no staff and no office. I booked by Expedia under the term "Hotel", and received a message asking me to fill out and sign 3 forms which I did and then provide a $350 refundable deposit which I did as well. I then received a message inside the Expedia have telling me an email would be sent giving me further instructions. My wife and I arrived around 2 PM and there was no email and we were not able to access our room because a message from Expedia set that we couldn't enter until 4 PM. We understood this and went and had lunch instead. Subsequently I finally did receive an email at 2:45 PM giving me instructions on how to unlock the door and the code to do so. Like many elderly people - I am 77 years old, I don't travel with a laptop and because I was on a road trip with a lot of driving, I was not able to access my email for messages easily. Like many Canadians when I travel, I turn off roaming not to incur cell phone charges and only use my phone and hotel rooms at night when I can connect to Wi-Fi. This should all be mentioned upfront on the Expedia website about this property and the property should not be contacting customers after the fact and telling them off about their review.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a three bedroom condo with two baths that was oceanfront with a beautiful ocean view. The condo was immaculate, plenty of towels and beach towels were provided, and we really enjoyed the amenities such as the pools and hot tubs. One really cool aspect of the property is that wooden walkways connect the condo building with the ocean front. We could step out our door, walk to an adjoining walkway and be on the beach in less than a minute. Staff was very friendly and the property is very well-maintained. The condos are not fancy inside, but are very nice while being somewhat austere in a good way. For example, the sofa and loveseat seemed new. The mattresses on all beds were very firm and comfortable. All furniture, such as dressers, nightstands, TV stands etc seemed to be NC hardwood furniture. We did not use the kitchen extensively, but it appeared well-stocked and efficiently functional. The location was really ideal with several hotspot restaurants and coffee shops nearby, with pharmacies and convenience stores just down the street. Overall, a nice place for a family getaway.
