Take in all the beauty of Orcas Island North Shore at this secluded luxury cabin. There is space for the whole family to relax after a day at the beach. Inside, you'll love the home's rustic atmosphere while you catch up on a good mystery novel or watch a good movie on the flatscreen TV. Savor a nice glass of wine out on the furnished deck with bay views to Canada, then come inside to warm up next to the wood-burning fireplace. The group chef will find everything they need to create tonight's home-cooked masterpiece in the full kitchen. After a long and rejuvenating hike, enjoy a good soak in the private covered hot tub.

Grab your binoculars for a whale sighting and pick up some burgers to cook on the propane grill to fully enjoy your Eastsound vacation.

This cabin is steps from the water and just a short walk to Point Thompson. Downtown Eastsound is a short drive, where you can find great local fare at Wild Island Restaurant. There are plenty of beaches to explore on the island, with lots of wildlife to check out at Moran State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Pleasant stay

It was a great property, very spacious. Good location and accessibility to everything nearby. Lower and upper deck had good water views and sunset views. Hottub could be better placed for the view but it was still enjoyable.

beautiful views and serene location

We had a great stay on orcas and enjoyed the views from this cozy home. The location is top notch as it’s a very short drive into town but remote enough to be very quiet and peaceful. One morning I even saw an orca from the deck.

Sibling getaway

We had a sibling reunion and the cabin worked beautifully for four couples. Kitchen was cozy but the bedrooms (especially upstairs) were spacious and comfortable. We’d stay here again!

Pinecone Retreat

Excellent property for a stay on Orcas Island. Waterfront view from deck, living space and upstairs bedrooms is outstanding. Convenient location near the supplies and amenities of Eastsound. Cabin was very clean, maintained and well supplied with linens, kitchen tools, and indoor entertainment options. As advertised, the driveway is steep but paved. Multiple cars will be somewhat of an issue as there is limited space to turnaround. Highly recommend, especially for multiple couples.

Beautiful retreat

The view from the deck is amazing. We even saw a pod of Orcas swim by one afternoon. We had a group of 7, and bedrooms & bathrooms worked out well for us. We enjoyed the deck and the hot tub, and used the path to get down to the water. Although the drive way is steep and curvy, it is paved and not too long. Our van made it down slowly. We cooked several breakfasts & dinners, and had plenty of utensils etc. Also used the grill. The location is great- close to the park, and about 20 minutes to town.

Great place to stay for multiple couples

We came with 3 couples. Every group had their own bedroom and bathroom. The views were absolutely stunning! We saw a bald eagle, sea otters, porpoises, seals, deer, turkeys, and various other animals. This location is close to town but also secluded. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Our stay was perfect!

Beautiful Views

Comfortable house with wonderful views of the water. Nice path to walk down to the water at low tide. We generally found the kitchen to be a bit small but we managed by limiting the number of people in the space at a time.

Wonderful Pinecone Cabin

This rental was very nice with fantastic views of Sucia & Matia Islands. The house is large with lots of sleeping options. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub utilized after some good hiking days. The sunny but cool spring weather allowed us to lounge by the wood burning stove. Having a truck, I opted to back down the narrow driveway which I thought was easier to manage. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home.

Beautiful views, great location!

Pinecone cabin has amazing views, cozy beds and ideally located very close to East sound. Easy walk to the beach. Candidly, the property is pretty dated and not the cleanest (cobwebs, dust on furniture). Hard to give it a 5 star review given overall condition of cabin and cleanliness.

Great house Beautiful views

Perfect home for an Island getaway with a family -large home with lots of amenities! The large heat lamps on the porch were such a perfect touch and allowed us to sit on the back porch in the evenings comfortably. Great house!

Beautiful house and location

Everything great but for three small problems. Door keypad didn't work. Left the porch door unlocked and used that. Driveway is very steep and not lit. Was afraid to use it after dark. Kitchen knives are completely useless. They should be replaced.

Excellent Stay

It's a nice property with ample sleeping and relaxing space for our group of 8. The kitchen and dining room (only 6 chairs) are just a bit small. The porch and and beach access are absolutely stunning. The dogs loved the swimming, the grill and porch were great to sit on, and we even got to see a pod of orcas swim pass.

Orcas Oasis

Cozy, beautiful, light-filled home perched at the water's edge was the perfect setting for a Thanksgiving retreat with family. Close to Eastsound for good shopping and good food, but equally inviting as a place to cook up a holiday meal for a group. We hope to enjoy the warm hospitality and great scenery of Pine Cone Cabin again soon.
