Older hotel that has been renovated. Spacious rooms, friendly staff. Clean, however mattress on hide-a-bed needs to be replaced. Small pool that’s good for kids. Covered deck with grill is nice for gatherings. Front desk has limited hours. Closes at 8 pm and was not open when we checked out at 9:30 am on a Sunday. Overall an average hotel, good for a couple of days.

This is a really nice hotel. It’s clean and I like that you have to scan your key card to use the elevators. It lets you off on your floor. They also have a nice bar.

Check-in is at 4pm, we arrived at 5pm and were told our room wasn't ready. After 30min of waiting I had to ask the front desk for an update (we were sitting in the lobby with our dog and luggage) and the room was still being cleaned. They offered me Hilton points, I asked for a partial refund instead and they told me if I request it via Expedia they'd approve that. After an hour of waiting I saw the manager come out and asked her if our room was ready, she told me that "guests tend to think that if check-in is at 4pm that means the room should be ready, but check-in just STARTS at 4pm." Ok? Didn't ask. I have never heard that in my life or experienced anything like this. I felt like she was suggesting we were the problem, not the hotel. After 6pm (over an hour of waiting) we got our room. I have escalated to Expedia but they can't get ahold of the hotel for the partial refund I was told I would receive. A frustrating and poor experience which I would never expect from a Hilton. Aside from this, the hotel is a beautiful art deco era building. The location was convenient, and the views from our room were great. The young man at the front desk who eventually checked us in also gave us a late checkout for the inconvenience.

Nice place to stay!!! Everything was great.

room was as advertised, no working ice machines, breakfast area was disappointing, the display for the menu was not working and the staff did not acknowledge us while we were standing there waiting to be helped
