"A beautiful piece of history! The house is lovely and unique! We stayed in the Lantern Room which had access to the cupola via a spiral staircase in the room! The view from there is spectacular! We ordered a charcuterie board for a light dinner and ate it in the cupola while enjoying the scenery. You can bike (free to use), walk along the shore, swim, enjoy meals out, read, play games and so much more! Delicious breakfast is provided each morning while warm cookies and lemonade are served each...

"We LOVE the Atlantic Beach Hotel! My family has stayed here many times over the years, and every visit is great. Super convenient location in Middletown - right across the street from Eastons Beach, and close to all the main attractions in Newport, while being far enough away to not feel crowded. Free parking as part of your stay! The Main Building has comfortable, spacious rooms (some with town& water views), a beautiful indoor pool and an awesome outdoor sun deck (perfect for sunsets!). "This was an excellent location for us while we attended our son's wedding at Newport Vineyards, and the rehearsal dinner the night before at Diego's Middletown. The front desk staff was helpful in getting us checked in a little earlier that the 3:00 check-in time. The room was pleasant, and very clean throughout the hotel. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Dining Room manager, Jill, was exceptional. She was pleasant, friendly and helpful. "

"We love this hotel. Across the street from the beach and some restaurants, you can walk to the Cliffwalk and the hot tub on the roof with the fire pit is such a treat. The staff is really friendly. The gym is nice and the breakfast is simple but good. I just wish people would respect the rules and don’t drink/smoke on the roof and the hot tub. The indoor pool and adjacent hot tub are really nice as well. Both buildings are nice!! We will keep coming back! "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. The room was very clean. My only wish is that there was an actual refrigerator in the room and not the beverage cooler. It doesnt quite cool down to the fridge temp,and therefore doesnt hold food well"
