"We enjoyed our stay in this one bedroom retreat in St Joseph MO this past weekend. This property was comfortable and convenient since we needed something fairly close to the Civic Arena. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. We made good use of the kitchen area since we like to prep our own meals. "Had a hiccup when first checking in BUT the owner was quick with replies and taking care of issue. Place is exactly as described. Quiet, off beaten path, river view house. Very nice sunsets. This was the perfect rental for me, I like an off the beaten path place - yet still a 10-15 min max drive to all needs. Beds were comfy, water was hot, and view was excellent. Would suggest to bring slippers for inside house. If a light sleeper bring earplugs. Train comes by quite a bit. Sometimes not...
