Pet Policy: 🐾 One dog is welcome with prior approval and a $150 pet fee. Please help us keep the cottage beautiful for future guests by cleaning up after your pet and keeping them off the furniture.

🏡 House Rules

✔ Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your driver license upon booking
✔ Minimum age of 25 years old to book and must stay at the property
✔ A $500 off-platform security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
✔ Please be respectful of our neighbors who live here year-round. Remain on the property and keep noise to a minimum to help maintain a peaceful community atmosphere.
✔ No parties, events, or large gatherings.
✔ No smoking anywhere on the property.
✔ No RVs, campers, or oversized vehicles.
✔ If bringing a boat or trailer, please park on the designated concrete pad in front of the house.
✔ Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed on the property.
✔ Please maintain a speed limit of 10 mph at all times while driving to and from the property.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM daily.
✔ No fireworks permitted.
✔ Please clean the grill after use and prior to checkout.
✔ All trash must be securely bagged with no loose items placed in the cans. We may occasionally stop by to remove trash bags and create additional space in the bins.
✔ Enjoy the fire pit responsibly. Guests must provide their own firewood and fires must remain within the designated fire pit area. Absolutely no beach fires.
✔ Missing or damaged towels, sheets, quilts, blankets, or pillows will be charged at replacement cost.

🐾 Dog Rules

✔ We welcome one well-behaved, house-trained dog with a $150 pet fee.
✔ Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved.
✔ Please clean up after your pet both inside and outside the property.
✔ Dogs must remain on a leash whenever outside.
✔ If leaving your pet unattended, please crate them for their safety and comfort.
✔ Guests must notify the host of any pet-related damage and are responsible for repair or replacement costs.
✔ Please bring your own pet bed, crate, and food/water bowls.
✔ Pets may not disturb neighbors or other guests.
✔ Guests are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pets.
✔ An additional cleaning fee may be charged for excessive pet hair, waste, or other pet-related messes left behind.
✔ Please help us keep The Cottage clean and enjoyable for future guests by keeping pets off beds and furniture whenever possible. 🐾🏡
