There is no front desk service -- all communication with our hosts was done through text messaging, but they were quick to respond, and our room was made up daily. The room was lovely and very comfortable. No breakfast or food on site, but there are good dining options a short walk into town. Great location for exploring the waterfront and downtown Rockport!"

I originally wanted to stay at the hotel on the grounds of Endicott College, but no rooms were available. In the end, I was glad that we didn’t get a room on the college grounds. "This is an old hotel with plenty of charm and grandeur. Beds are comfortable with crips white sheets. Staff were helpful and rooms were acceptably clean. I say that because the shower tray still contained someone elses hair and a bag of sweets had been left, unnoticed, on the windowsill. Ample, easy parking right on site.
