"We loved staying here. The unit is located right at the ocean’s edge, with a view out the kitchen window of an active fishing harbour. It was fantastic. The host was brilliant, in every way: welcoming and quick to respond to questions. We would happily stay again, and recommend it strongly."

"Our stay wasn't bad, I only have two complaints: It was a bit chilly in the basement And the volume on the tv didn't turn up, i had to read the subtitles because i couldn't hear it. The host was very easy to get ahold of, he responded right away when i messaged him. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, bus stop very close."

"We came to Halifax for a little get away. So the kids could swim and go fishing, and that is exactly what they did. The water front was perfect, kayaks available (2, with life jackets), paddle boat (needs new steering but it worked ok). "This clean neat and comfortable space provided a place to sleep but not much room to relax except on the bed. The tiny kitchen area allowed us to cook some meals. The shower was large enough to accommodate my tall husband. The air conditioner is noisy and has the duct going up the outside wall on the room. Not having a window was a bit of an adjustment. It was a place to rest our heads. "

"The place was very clean, it had everything we needed. The area is nice and plenty of walking trails and lakes. The host was nice and accommodating. The building could use more spund proofing as we could hear toddlers and stomping, but other than that everything was perfect. I can't wait to come back again."

"We were two families who stayed at the serene modern lakehouse when we traveled to NS to attend a family funeral. We had great communication with the host. The house is very large and served us well for our large group; lots of different spaces to spread out.
