"helpful staff, convenient location"

"Grateful and appreciative of the front desk or reception people for helping a first timer like us. Very cheerful and always smiling"

"Shuttle bus at every half an hour. It takes about 10 minutes. New experience."

"客房整潔乾淨，隔音良好，鄰近港鐵站交通方便。"

"Okay for low budget short stay, dehumidifier was awesome in drying out the bathroom, because there are no shower curtains, so the toilet and floor is wet after each shower. No toiletries supplied so bring your own, bonus: toilet roll available, kettle, air condition, electrical sockets, hairdryer, desk lamp didn’t work. "The “queen bed” is not a queen bed at all - just two twin sized beds put together. Seems misleading and Expedia should consider not labeling these rooms as “Queen beds” as they simply are not. "Very convenient to go around to places. Also very quiet too"

"施設、スタッフは普通に良かった。 静かな所でオーシャンビューの部屋で景色もよく良かった。 もう少し近くにコンビニがあれば良かったと思う。"

"It is at the pet friendly mall, so it feels great to see all these cute dogs everyday. Nice view at the habour too. Room size is decent. Bed is confortable. The only complain maybe pillow being too soft."

"Great location with easy access to transport, restaurants, massages, convenience stores, and bars. Rooms are small but clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"Nice staff and great location! Will stay again"

"The staffs are rude. You can’t charge your phone or laptop for work except you have to spend extra money. I wouldn’t recommend any US citizens for this hotels. The hotel wants to save money at expense of the guests. It’s another exploitation."

"The hotel upgraded us to a larger room very quickly after we complained about the small size of the room. The staff are very responsive, polite and helpful. We stay at this hotel every time we visit Hongkong. The location is excellent."

"The rooms are very nice but may need some maintain in terms of air control and humidity. Other than that, the hotel is great, with very kind staff, amazing breakfast and optimal location!"
