"A excellent property accurately described in the online entry.
Superb location very quiet neighbourhood on a private road within a few minutes walk to the sea.
Super bus links using the 52 or 53 into Chichester with the bus stop at the end of the road about 5 minutes walk from the cottage.
Everything you needed was obtainable from East Wittering about 10 minutes walk supermarkets shops and various eating places.
The cottage was very well equipped and have a lovely garden to sit in and enjoy...

"a lovely house, with plenty of off road parking spaces, a few meters away from the beach. We loved the possibility of just popping out to sea for a quick morning swim or a run along the shore, and then come back to the house for a breakfast al fresco in the secluded garden."

"This was our second stay at the cottage & it fits our needs very well. We are hoping to return on a regular basis, as it’s perfect for our needs.
However, I do think there is room for improvement - spruce things up a little. The property could do with a deep clean. The surface cleaning is fine, but the taps, carpets, chairs and cushions, for example, could do with a good clean to remove stains.
- The microwave is very old, as are a lot of the utensils and it would be a good idea to replace...

"Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments.
We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards.
Could definitely do with a printed welcome pack in the room to get guests started with the amenities, there were no instructions for...

"Pros - great location, near pub and nice coffee shop. Short walk to beach.
Cons - not very clean on arrival, mould problem in bathroom, strong damp smell throughout property. Had planned to cook but found mould growing on wooden spoons and cobwebs on the pans - so ate out instead!
Having read through the comments in the visitor book we could see these issues had been raised several times, so it’s disappointing they haven’t been addressed. Would not stay again."

"I needed a large house at Bognor Regis for a family reunion. This house ticked all the boxes. A clean house, spacious rooms. provided towels and toiletries and lots more. It was warm and comfortable. Loved the decor.My family we impressed and hope to visit again.I would recommend this excellent property. "
