"There are not enough words to explain how disgusting and dirty and repulsive everything and that hotel was, the sheets were not clean. The bedspread was stained with human fluids. The TV remote control was broken. There was bugs on the sink, cigarette stains all over the tub. The toilet was dirty, and that was the first room we went into and then the second room was exactly the same however, the tack strip that attaches the rug in the threshold of the bathroom was exposed, and I stepped on it...

"It was a perfect place to stay for one of Treehouse Brewing's summer concert. Comfortable rooms with great AC. Easy, convenient parking. Every staff member was very nice."

"I was a little nervous booking at a motel with my family but was limited with my own poor planning booking for a lacrosse tournament at UMass. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and ease of everything. We did need to ask for extra sheets for the pullout bc they were not in the room, and even with the owners dealing with a family emergency they were very attentive and we had everything we needed. It was an easy 17 minute drive to UMass and very affordable."

"Our room was clean and comfortable but we had several issues with the bathroom. Saturday morning we reported that the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom sink was not draining and that the shower doors would not stay shut. We were told it would be taken care of by the time we returned. The toilet seat was fastened but nothing else was addressed. No room service with fresh towels, coffee pod refills or tissues since there were only 2 in the box. I mentioned the remaining 2 issues at...
