Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
This property is nice and the house is beautiful but it was quite dirty. Cobwebs everywhere, but that wasn’t too bad and we weren’t upset over that. THEN we found short, curly hairs on the bathroom wall, a smooshed spider on the wall, dirt on the floors and food particles all over the inside of the microwave. We reached out to the property manager, who was very nice, but said he was only authorized to give us a very small amount of money back. They also offered to send the cleaning people over and we refused that because we were already so inconvenienced by going back and forth over the issues on the phone. We wanted the cleaning fee back that was part of the price because clearly the house was not clean. We requested a call from the owner and he never called us back. It’s such a shame because the house is beautiful and cozy.
