Explore our fully renovated residential home located in the heart of the Poconos. The space features an open-concept layout, a monochromatic color scheme with stark contrasts, wood surfaces, and tasteful furnishings and decor. A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the town via this clean, sunny house. Head out and wander through the nearby farmers’ market and pick up local ingredients to later craft a meal in the fully stocked kitchen.

Nice Family Getaway

We had a blast on our short stay in the Poconos. The house was better than advertised - we were pleasantly surprised by the pool table and hot tub. It was spacious and clean. A bit off the beaten path, but it offered some nice privacy for a family gathering.

Not sanitary

Property is not well maintained at all. Bathroom leaking, garbage shed full of garbage, rodent running around the house, fireplace leaking from rain water. Owner acted surprised as to how I could be complaining and never heard of any problems. Please do not stay here!

Baby Shower

I was thrilled to find a place that we could have an event. The pictures showed a nice open house with lots of space, plus being in the great outdoors seemed very promising. I started having a panic attack as we pulled up the roadway that was not marked well along the driveway. The surrounding neighbors property was like being at a horrible junk yard. Garbage everywhere, broken trailers and barking dogs. Pulling onto the property was a eye sore. The grass was 3 ft. tall. There was hanging lights dangling all over the place. There was a big pile of old garbage that disintegrated when I picked it up. There was dead flower containers from Christmas all over the place. And there was an electrical socket that was definitely not OSHA approved. Serious fire hazard. The front door was broken. It didn't stay shut unless you locked it, leaving it difficult for people to come in and out freely. Mind you its the wilderness but the flies and little ants were all over the kitchen. We had to purchase bug stuff... The hot tub was not in working order. It was disgusting inside and the room it was in smelled like bad foot odor. We couldn't enjoy the deck because there was a loud fan on 24 hours and the backdoor didn't shut very well. The worst was the upper shower. My mother almost fell in it because there was a hole in the floor that was cracked. Covering it up with a bath mat did not help; it led to the floor being super slippery. The mice were the best coming from the bedroom.

Good morning! I would like to say, your house space was excellent . They were a a few issues but I didn’t have time to explain because I was preparing for a wedding. We arrived there Friday night and we weren’t able to find the home because it was so dark. Some neighbors yelled at the bridesmaid because they were lost. One Neighbor let their dogs out and began taking photos of the cars and started questioning them. If you’re renting the home and it’s in a secluded place maybe you should have arrows or signs leading to the home. When I finally arrived and opened the door, the first thing I noticed it was very stuffy and moist. The floors were damp and I slipped a few times. The microwave handle is broken, and the place smells like wet dog. The cleaning crew did not do a good job. I know some owners rent and hire staff to clean. Sometimes the owners are unaware of what is going own. Let’s hope that’s the issue. I was informed a day before that one of the showers is out of order so it took longer for us to get ready. I am grateful for my professional experience, as it has equipped me with the skills to effectively interact with others. Without this background, the situation with the neighbors while trying to locate the house could have escalated unpleasantly. The place is spacious but you have to do better!

Nice house for big family

Nice house for big family, they added a pool table which we enjoyed during our stay. Location and neighborhood is not the best. However everything is within 15 minutes drive. Host communication is great.
