The service at the counter is always great and they found packages that were delivered to the hotel the week before I'm very thankful for a wonderful stay again at the East Hampton!!"

"I was very disappointed that there was no place to sit inside or outside on a comfortable chair. The lobby had a funeral party and there were table and chairs for dining everywhere else in the hotel. The party should not be allowed to take over the place where the guests who are staying there have no place to go and relax. "

"I think I liked pretty much everything about this property except they had terrible pillows on the bed. Too big and uncomfortable to sleep on so that made for a less than a perfect night sleep. The bed was fine. I could hear the people in the next room in the morning fortunately I had earplugs. "
