"My son was getting married. My husband grandkids myself and friends stayed to be close by. It was perfect. Very spacious clean and peaceful! Would have loved more time to enjoy the house! "

"Everything was wonderful during our stay. The weather didn’t cooperate much which wasn’t a problem as the ping pong table downstairs became daily family tournaments into the late evening. I needed to cook for my niece‘s wedding and the kitchen was equipped with everything and plenty of space. The one day we had great weather the boys fished off the dock and rented a kayak. Thank you Marc, we had a great time."

"I lived on the west shore for 15 years before 2000. I knew the magic of the lake in Spring, before the schools were out and the motorboats roared past. The road was narrow and crowded, and summer folk found their camps again. Friends found peace and quiet away from the city of Syracuse. Quilting was done, and meals could have been obtained in the town."

"My husband and I came for a long weekend. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we could want. The location was perfect, close to the state park, which we relaxed at a few days. Greene was a quaint little town with great breakfast spot and a few fun restaurants.Our host was easy to reach for any questions and response was within minutes. The place was comfortable and spotless. Quiet spot, easy to access. The bed was comfy, large tv and a notebook with everything we needed to know...

"This was exactly what we were looking for - a little house on water with a hot tub - and even more! It was a perfect home for the weekend, the views of the lake were beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and warm with everything we needed. Thank you for having us! "

"I felt I had an entire house to myself. Just beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and private. Morning scones were a treat. I just wasn’t sure which entrance to use. Loved the red poppies. I went home and preferred some for my garden. "

"A lovely spot by Colgate and next to a reservoir! Saw loons and other wildlife. Had some issues with the cleanliness of the place upon arrival and had to go get some supplies that were not available. With some care and attention, this will be a lovely weekend getaway."

"We encountered some issues as a result of a fluke storm that was not foreseeable- Mikey was super helpful, responsive, and easily contacted. The house is beautiful and the dogs loved the fenced in yard area to stretch their legs. we will rent from Mikey on our next trip to Norwich :). "
