"This was a very clean, recently updated house in an excellent location near downtown. The furnishings, decorations, and kitchen furnishings were perfect. The second bedroom only has a twin day bed with a lower twin bed that pulls out. This was disclosed and it was comfortable. Overall a great property and recommend for parties of 4 or less. "

"Everything was very clean which is extremely important to me ...this host pays attention to details, does little things that you wouldn't normally see when we walked in the first things I noticed was the beautifully decorated with Christmas decor fire place already lit up with tv playing peaceful music. The host had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. First place we have stayed that provided a fan. The property is so tranquil we are just disappointed we weren't able to enjoy it...

"We stayed here on a trip for the Knoxville Nationals. Went to the John Wayne Museum, seen the bridges. The house is a nice house, met many locals at the pharmacy-resturaunt in the square downtown, very friendly, ate at several other local spots, all good service and food. The area is quiet and the house in great shape, clean, had plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend if you need a place in this area. "
