"The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints."

"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"It could be a lovely place, but some other guests are super loud and my room was not ready before 7 pm ! The reception people are great as they tried to do their best ... But unfortunately it doesn't help with the noise during the night for other guests, doors super loudly ! The room was confortable and again the people working around are just lovely and helpful !"

"This hotel was great. The location was perfect with easy access to the subway and ferry. The room was clean and spaces. Having a lot of room is rare for a NYC hotel. The only negative was the shower. Water gets everywhere."
