This pristine home comes with breathtaking ocean views! Head out your front door to stroll along the famous Pardee Seawall Park on The Long Island Sound. Enjoy this colonial cottage with big windows, skylights, balcony, plenty of sunlight and sunset.

The space
Ocean view from the balcony and living room with big windows. Launching point for all the attractions and Foliage observations. Many State Parks are less than 30 mins away.
The big windows and balcony let in plenty of ocean breeze and you feel like you don’t need AC here (but brand new units were installed). This house equipped with a king bed, a queen bed and an oversized sofa that sleeps two comfortably. New desk was added as well.

Small pet is allowed upon approval for a 1 time $100 pet fee and 200 deposit, which will be Refunded upon clearance by our housekeeper (only the deposit will be refunded, pls reach out first).

The entire house has been gutted.
Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliance, build in microwave, decorative chimney. High ceiling in king bedroom, New hard wood floor, new bathrooms. New washer and dryer on the main level by the kitchen. Absolutely beautiful with unobstructed view of the Long Island Sound.

Walking distance to popular venues: Morris Beach (dog friendly and the only beach has lots of palm trees in the summer, in the Northeastern region), Anthony’s Sea View, Amarante's Sea Cliff, Fort Hale Park, Fishing Piers. Short drive to Yale and Lighthouse Point Park.

There is absolutely no airport noise, this small airport stops operating at 10pm.
However we do have some traffic noise with windows open, when cars driving by with higher speed.

Pls note that security cameras are installed at the front and back of the premise (outside of the cottage). Hardwired smoke and carbon dioxide detectors have been
installed throughout the house. All mattresses are protected by bedbug prevention covers.

We have the view of Morris Beach too, the public entrance is down the road. It takes 8 mins short walk. No parking permit needed if you like to drive there. Your own kayak can be used right at the Seawall right in front of our cottage, but boat and jet ski can be launched at the Light House Point Park with $30 fee, it comes with parking inside the park. Non fee parking is outside of park.

We go all the way to make our guests comfortable. We fully wash all linens and even “duvet covers”. We do more than hotel standard!!! All mattresses are protected by bedbug prevention covers.
Coffee machine, blender, cutting boards and tumbler will be rewashed in the dishwasher in between check out. Please use them at ease.

Please no outdoor shoes allowed beyond entrance area. Pls put them in the basket provided. Trust me that you will enjoy the space more knowing there is no germs/dirts brought from the road. Bring your house slippers for comfort.

We have high speed Wifi and supports working from home. Smart TV for your own streaming. We “do not” provide Cable TV but there are some basic channels avilable.

Monthly rental is welcome with discount (tidewater2600 at G MAIL)

Our housekeeper’s name: Mama Nola, she is absolutely lovely and kind.
Kitchen essentials: fully equipped, we also provide tea, hot coco, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, sugar.

Sofa can sleep 1 to 2 person, pls combine the ottoman.
