"Great location just tucked off the main central cross in Brighton. 5 mins from the rail station and with a taxi rank outside. Not that you need it, as pretty much everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. Staff were charming, helpful and friendly. "Wir waren mit der Grösse der Zimmer zufrieden. Die Klimaanlage ist ein wenig laut, wie auch draussen wegen der Strasse. Kein Kontinentes Frühstück, aber wer Bohnen, Speck, Nutella & ? gerne hat, sei gegönnt. Pluspunkt; Zug gleich in 5min. erreichbar (Super!) "

"A lovely and safe property, exactly as described. It was comfortable and well presented. It was extremely clean and nicely situated and the hosts were lovely and very responsive. I'd highly recommend this property and it's high quality provision and location as great value for money. "

"We loved the location, size and style of the flat. There was ample bedding, towels and everyone seemed to get a good night’s sleep. The sizeable dining table was really useful. The bar downstairs can get a bit noisy but it didn’t affect us as we went out in the evenings and it was closed when we got back.It was a little rough around the edges, one of the bedroom blinds fell down, the bathroom lights stopped working and lots of the other light switches didn’t seem to do anything. "Our family of 2 adults and 3 children arrived at the property in London, contacted the host for access details ( we had 2 separate confirmation emails previously) to be then informed via a text that the apartment was no longer available. At 5pm on a Saturday for a 2 night booking. Appalling communication and no explanation or apology then or since.There is a for sale sign up at the property. We arrive home after our weekend and find an email asking for a review of our stay so here it is. "

"The flat smelled terrible, it was incredibly noisy. I was awakened by the door bell in the middle of the night many times. Then they moved me to another unit where the shower drain was blocked and I couldn’t adjust the temperature water. I don’t recommend it at all. "

"Op de dag van arriveren contact opgenomen met de verhuurder. We werden doorgeschakeld naar een voicemail. Op verschillende momenten met verschillende binnenlandse en buitenlandse telefoons geprobeerd contact te krijgen met de eigenaar. Zelfs met een andere bewoner van het complex naar binnen om aan te bellen en te kloppen. Uiteindelijk de Nederlandse helpdesk gebeld.
