"We were in town for a robotics tournament, and this home was a great place to stay. There were 6 of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. It was a 15 minute drive to the venue (Alerus Center) and restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was spacious, clean, and has everything you need to make a meal if you’d like. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were stocked with really nice thick towels. No complaints whatsoever. "House was accurately listed, the smiling water tower even greets you when you open the front door. Had all the amenities and very new. Back yard is fenced, there is street noise like most hotels in the area, but owner provided noise machines. We’d stay again."

"We loved everything about this place. Location was perfect for our situation, nice quiet neighborhood. The house was darling. So many really nice touches like high quality towels and bedding, the welcome bucket with snacks and treats, the coffee station with multiple K-cup options. The beds were better than any hotel we’ve stayed at. The place was very clean. We were so impressed with the decor we want Emily to come and decorate our own houses. "This was a convenient location to UND but there was traffic noise."

"The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean."

"A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here! "We had a comfortable stay at this home. The beds were cozy, and the host was very responsive and friendly throughout the process. The house served its purpose for our trip, but it’s clear that the property has seen some use.
