"We were in Grand Fork for a wedding. Had a lot of activities to attend so did not have an opportunity to use all of the amenities. Host were very accommodating with check in."

"We were in town for a robotics tournament, and this home was a great place to stay. There were 6 of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. It was a 15 minute drive to the venue (Alerus Center) and restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was spacious, clean, and has everything you need to make a meal if you’d like. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were stocked with really nice thick towels. No complaints whatsoever. "The house was accurately listed. The beds were extremely comfortable and accommodated the five of us well. It is conveniently located with only a few minutes drive to the grocery and downtown area.The provisions (towels, toiletries, etc) were plentiful and thoughtful.All in all, it was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for our work crew."

"The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean."

"Communication was clear and easy when booking this rental property. It was very clean and spacious and I made the right decision choosing this VRBO rental over a hotel for my short visit. I would recommend this property and would stay again."

"There were certain things that I was looking for when I booked this VRBO. I thought I had found all that I needed, but the description on the site doesn't match the actuality. This "one bedroom" studio is definitely not 1132 sq ft. It's probably closer to 110 sq ft. Parking is not available every day (scheduled street sweeping prevents it certain days). The kitchen was not fully equipped nor some things in good condition. Lighting isn't well distributed so that parts of the room are bright and...
