"Absolutely beautiful and cozy place to stay. It is tucked away from noise, but is within a 10 minute drive to many restaurants and stores. The house was perfect for our getaway to Raystown (about 15 minutes) and Delgrossos (about 35 minutes). The host was wonderful and checked in with us on VRBO. The fire pit is a perfect place to make s'mores and to play corn hole. Everything was neat and clean. If we come back to Raystown, we would absolutely stay here again. "

"The home was gorgeous and very clean. Everything in the description was helpful and true. Our hostess, Dawn was very helpful in reminders and answering questions very quickly. We were even missing a mattress topper for the sofa bed and she had her housekeeper bring it over that very evening. There were 20 family members and plenty of room for us all to relax and have meals. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. The parking was great as well, which was needed for 2 boat trailers and...

"Myself and a few family members have stayed here for several years during our annual get together. It has always been a pleasure staying at this gorgeous farm property. The home is wonderfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The setting is peaceful and lovely. We highly recommend it!"

The hosts were absolutely incredible and made sure all our needs were met and we were very comfortable. The cabin itself was so homey, safe, and clean. "The cottage is so charming and beautiful inside and out. It is also very clean and organized. Our family included me and my husband, our two toddlers, and the dog and it was perfect for us. The loft was great for the kids (we brought a pack n play for our youngest) and since it's enclosed, we were happy to be able to use a gate at the top of the stairs (which we also brought). The cottage has everything you need, from fire starter, s'mores, towels, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper.. you...

"Amazing! Exactly what we were looking for. Everthing was exactly as described. We appreciated and loves having access to the kayaks. The horses and cows were a nice calming presence. Hope to visit again."

"Great stay at this condo! It’s clear that the owners stay here too, because it really has everything you need. I loved the loft, loved being at Blue Knob, loved the balcony, loved the fiber internet, loved watching the birds while I worked, loved the mattress on the upstairs bed, and loved the quiet. I don’t know when I’ve slept so well! I also really appreciate the kindness of the host. One day the power went out briefly, and he offered to bring a power inverter over so I could charge my phone...
