"The "Top of the Hill" description of the property was spot-on! Absolutely stunning view! We were able to enjoy the view from the deck at the back of the property. Alfreda and her family were so kind and went out of their way to welcome us and assured that we made it down the "hill" without issue. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay before we had to leave paradise."

"My husband and I spent 4 nights at Cooten House for our 10yr anniversary, and it was our favorite trip we have had together. The house has stunning views, especially for sunrise and moonrise! "My wife and I stayed in this cottage for a nice getaway in Tortola.
- Less than 10 minutes walk to Josiah’s Bay Beach
- Great air conditioning unit in the bedroom for a cool nights sleep!
- Space to park rental on the property (inside the gate)

"Everything about the property, the service, the communication, the villa, the views, the attention to detail, was PERFECTION!! The pictures on the website are great, but they do not do it justice. The views and the vibe are hard to describe with words. The place is heaven!!
