"It was spotless, and comfortable. I loved the old building and the convenient location. We had a coffee maker that had a cracked pot and they were so nice to bring us a new one immediately. The staff was extremely polite and they insisted on helping me down the few steps with my luggage from the door to the sidewalk upon leaving. Would happily stay there again."

"I used to live in Tribeca. I came back to visit for a night. This place is a dump. It's not really a hotel. It's more like an upscale hostel. The check-in process must be done on the phone. Everything is electronic. There are no keys. Once i checked in on my phone I was supposed to be given an electronic code that give you access to the building and room. It took over 30 minutes to arrive before the "manager" had to escort me to the room and open it for me. I also needed to pay an...
