"We book the Majestic for one night as they had over 8+ on Expedia. Well, we arrived at reception. All went well until we were told the lift is out of action and being repaired. Which we later found out is the same story they have been telling guests for months.
The very small room was embarrassing. A hole in the wall, electric socket not working, disgusting unwashed curtains, peeling paint everywhere, cracked sink, mould all over the shower head, broken wardrobe.
The only plus was the bed...

"Great location, quick walk to Seaford station, and not too much further to the beach. Lovely town, can see why the hosts settled there. The room is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is just a few steps outside."
