"We were a big group of 2 grandparents, 4 parents, and 6 young children - not an easy group to accomodate. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the rooms worked out, by how clean and impeccably the whole house was decorated (beach theme) and supplied. "My friends and I visited to celebrate our graduation from college. Our host was so accommodating of our stay needs both prior to and during our stay. The home was clean and fully stocked with cooking supplies and linens. The location proximity to both the beach and Hyannis attractions was better than I expected. We all enjoyed our stay!"

"The cottage was exactly as described, very clean and had great beach access! The host was very responsive and gave us some good ideas of things to do in the area. You have the amenities you need to cook meals and even items to use on the beach, which was incredibly helpful, as we had flown in from Texas. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Our group of 7 adults really enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive when we asked if he could move some furniture onto the deck that we'd been expecting (based on pictures.) "If you want family down time, this is your place. Beautifully decorated, maintained and ambiance. We were a group from 75 to 4 months and the house worked for us all, three families in total. Groceries and restaurants are all within 15 minutes. If you bike, hike, walk or run all you have to do is open the front door and go.
