"They were undergoing renovations at the time we were there, which are very much needed in the rooms. Staff was helpful, but internet was out for one day. I think once the renovations are complete should be good to stay, but until they are completed would look for somewhere else. "

"Overpriced. Maintenance of renovated room lacking. Nice renovation as far as furniture but beaten up a bit. Front desk staff was great.courteous and helpful. "

"The air-conditioning did not work. The unit was dirty and smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking unit. The toilet seat was broken and held on with only one bolt. There were no glasses provided in in the room. They did not have a replacement room. We were forced to find a different hotel. Told us we could only get back our deposit. The agent was rude considering the service."

"Overall my stay was okay. I was in town for an AAU BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT I went to property about 1:30pm asked was it possible to be an early check in but unfortunately no rooms were available. But I asked could I still check in so when I came back the process would faster, which the receptionist agreed that was fine. Got back at 3:30pm there was a different receptionist at the front desk stated the supervisor stepped away and he was texting her to see the room was clean. I did wait about 10-15 ...
