"Does not have the parking options claimed available on website. Staff only gave verbal description of the parking options, omitting the costly parking trap. Should have easily handed out a one-page flyer clearly marking the options on a map. Posting fines on a not-clearly-marked parking spot is a nice way of saying welcome to city.
The parking garage is on the other side of the road. Need to cross the busy main road, but there is no light for crossing and the cars are not waiting, so not very...

"Room was clean and nice. The lock on the door was not fully secured to door. Informed staff but no one around to fix it. Offered to move rooms but we chose to stay. My main concern was when I went down the stairs, the fire doors did not latch and were partially open. Upon further investigation I found that there was a mechanism on the fire door that enabled and disabled the latch based on turning a knob on the door. "The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was easy, and check-in was quick and smooth. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast team were all friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.
Our room also had a great kitchen setup with a stove, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and even plates and utensils, which was a really nice bonus. The breakfast was great, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel stood out.
