"The room was spotless and smelled great! The mattress and bedding were new and great hotel quality. I was very comfortable and slept really well. I used to patron the bar back in the 90's, and was so pleased at how they updated everything and still kept the old charm.The staff were TOP NOTCH! Very accommodating, and helpful. "The room is clean and renovated, and it is very spacious. There is a convenient shuttle that goes from the hotel to downtown Vancouver and free breakfast buffet in the mornings. However, I do wish that more information or reminders were relayed about these amenities, especially during time of check-in. We were not notified about the free shuttle until we asked about the hotel van parked outside, and by then it was our last night. I’m excited to see what the hotel will look like after renovations...
