"Very good location to access North Devon. The property is cozy with added facilities recreational facilities like swimming pool and games. Good enough for a family of four for a short break. The town is stone throw away from the property with few food options. Superstore next door is huuuuugeeee bonus. Overall very good. Highly recommend "

"What a beautiful place: stunning views, family friendly walks, short walk to Woolacombe along the the coastal footpath (no roads) and the other stunning little beaches on the way ( especially loved the ari lankan restaurant at baricane beach. Host was lovely and the property has a new hot tub - heaven!"

"Insgesamt war dies unser vierter Besuch an diesem herrlichen Fleckchen Erde. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut, es gab kleine sprachliche Barrieren die wir aber gelöst haben. Man muss sagen, die Kommunikation fand auf deutsch! statt. Auf Englisch wäre es sicherlich einfacher gewesen. Leider ging das Internet am ersten Tag nicht. Der Vermieter hat sich aber sofort gekümmert und das Problem erledigt. Die Terrasse in einem nicht so gutem Zustand. Hier sollte am Ende der Saison dringend...

"Great views and good location for walking the coast path. "

"Perfect property to enjoy the views from lots of different rooms, with easy walk into the high street aswell for a dip in the sea and fab walks. The property has lovely bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, warm shower and even a loo with a view. Fab stay for the family. "

"Opportunity to enjoy time with the whole family with each having their own nicely decorated room and en-suite. In general there seems to be a number of small maintenance issues needed in the property, such as the oven, radiator permanently on (solved by turning all the heating off). Loose door handles. Matt was extremely helpful and always available. It would be helpful to have additional tea towels and toilet rolls. The indoor swimming pool, bar room and table football were a huge success for...

"This is a fantastic house. It has spacious accommodation, ideal for our family group of 12. The hosts had thought of everything with lots of little extras such as toys and books for the children and bread, milk etc which made the house a very welcoming place. The kitchen was well-equipped and the kitchen/dining area an ideal space for socialising with us all able to sit round the table together. We loved being able to easily access the beach via the burrows."

Cependant, la rue supposée être calme, ne l'est pas du tout entre 22h et minuit, et les 2 nuits de notre séjour, il est passé (chrono en main) , une voiture roulant à fond toutes les 30 secondes pendant ces 2 heures (longues)....Par ailleurs, je n'ai pas bien compris à quoi sert le questionnaire de la conciergerie, puisque nous avions demandé que le canapé-lit du bas soit préparé, et en fait, nous avons dû le faire en arrivant..."
