"The inside entrance had no light. The bulb was burned out. The house was not clean. When I walked in the entrance there was dirt and debris all over the floor and on the mat in front of the stairs and on the stairs. I went up the enormous amount of very narrow and steep stairs to the apartment. The stairs would be hard for any elder person to climb because they are so steep and narrow width and there are 16 of them. This should have been clearly shown and described in the ad. "Although we booked the Wizard’s Roost, due to unforeseen circumstances, we stayed in the Steampunk room, which was awesome! So creative! There are lots of clever surprises to explore. The whole place was very comfortable, with lots of amenities, especially the full kitchen. My sister can’t wait to tell everyone about this place!"

"The tree house matched the description perfectly! The host was very responsive, the house was clean, and the temperature was comfortable. All instructions were provided prior to our arrival and easy to understand. The manager was friendly and we loved spending time with the animals. It was a little pricey but I would stay again. Great getaway for my husband and i to connect with nature!"
