The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff is outstanding, the service is excellent, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended for families, couples, and groups of friends. The price is reasonable and offers great value. I 100% recommend it.

I loved the Hotel Riu London Westminister. The hotel was clean, secure, and provided a nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel was situated about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the london subway station. It was within walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and other tourist sites. The hotel made Uber access very easy for its guests. The staff was very helpful and responded to requests very quickly. However, I wish the hotel had a restaurant that provided dinner service. The closest restaurants were within 10 minutes walking distance. After a long day of touring, it was tiring to have to walk 10-15 minutes to locate a place to have dinner. Despite this, I would choose to stay at the Hotel Riu London Westminister when I returm to London.
