We were there for a soccer tournament in the area so there were a lot of kids & families staying there. One elevator was not sufficient."

"Would not recommend that anyone stays here. The people working at the front desk did not even say hello when we arrived for check in. I just told them my name and they handed me a key card. The room is not very clean, odds stains on the walls, broken bathroom floor tiles, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. There’s also no lamps next to the bed, no hotel phone in the room, and the hair dryer does not work. The hallways of the building have an odd smell and do not appear clean. Absolutely not worth...

"When I arrived at the hotel, the nasty individual working the front desk told me there were no rooms available. Like it was my fault. It felt more like the reception one might receive from a prison inmate on their 1st day."

"Room and bed were excellent. The parking situation is strange- stay on property for $25 a night if you can get a spot or park in the garage around the corner for $5 a night???? Maybe that because 3 of the 4 elevators at the Chestnut street parking garage didn’t work. Not good for bad knees to have to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. Breakfast is not good- toaster didn’t work, Waffle mix was not good. Coffee pots were empty. After dinner we stop in at the hotel bar and ordered a Jameson...

"Everything was good until the second night of my stay (Saturday night in this case) when the downstairs bar had music blasting until 2am. Despite multiple complaints from myself and other guests the noise continued. I had to spend half the night sleeping in my car to get some peace and quiet."

"This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone!"
