"We’re group of 10 people stayed there we asked for vegetarian breakfast they didn’t deliver their promised at all give us all the excuses. Front desk staff wasn’t helpful."

"For the price we paid the hotel was absolutely fine. Lovely leisure facilities, nice biscuits with the tea and coffee tray. Lift’s available. Bar and restaurant and food were good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Sadly it’s all a bit tired. Cracks in plaster around the building, dark decor just in need of TLC but as I said before, this was reflected in a very good price. I would definitely book here again."

"Make sure that your booking hasn't been cancelled by a disgruntled staff member before you arrive. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok, it was greasy and I didn't dare try the egg because it looked only just cooked yet the yolk was hard. The other items were nice."

"My stay at the Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island was a major disappointment. The service was non-existent; we waited 30 minutes just to check in due to being severely understaffed. "Clean comfortable single room with well appointed bathroom and toilet en suite. Shower worked well. Tea and coffee provided mug,kettle and glass for drinking.Towels and toiletries very good. Ample parking well laid out with allocated room number on the car park space. Cosy bed. Safe area and Chinese next door convenient for takeaway. Reasonable prices. Room needs a fan though, would advise anyone staying in summer to bring one as it's not great to leave windows open in Covemtry! Bins outside...
