"Keyless entry failed twice during our four night stay.Had to wait for owner to contact locksmith. Second time was after midnight before locksmith arrived.Results were that lock bolt for keyless entry was not installed correctly causing deadbolt to get stuck and not open door.Drain pipe in kitchen sink was not connected and flooded the kitchen floor when we used."

"This house is ridiculous, but in a good and fun way. We were in town with family to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Drake and this house was an excellent fit for our group. We only had seven people, but there is easily room to sleep 10 comfortably. We didn't use the kitchen, but the dining room table was great for a game of Five Crowns and we played a few games of darts in the game room downstairs.Location wise, it was a quick and easy drive from the house to both Drake and downtown Des...

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood felt safe, the garage was set up fun with games, a ping pong table, bar, tv, table, and couch. Great for lounging around and having the garage doors open on a nice day. The house also has many bedrooms with multiple beds in several. This allowed everyone to sleep comfortably. Will be booking again in the future."

"We celebrated my husband's birthday here with our family. There was nice for sleeping with little kids that the rooms are spread out. The grandkids had a great time!"

"The house worked out great for our recent visit for a family wedding. The location was convenient, and the home was clean and exactly as advertised. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had, which made everything go smoothly. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit!"

"We didn't spend much time at the house. We were working near by and just needed a place to eat, shower and sleep. We liked the place and would recommend it to others!"

"My two friends and I had the best time here. We didn’t want to leave! The property is beautiful and well maintained! Our favorite activity on the trip was sitting on the front porch! We would highly recommend booking your trip here. "

"We had a relaxing fun time getting all 4 little cousins together for a long weekend. This was a perfect place do so- we played in the pool, utilized the playroom, went for nature walks around the property and played outside while grilling. A wonderful time for adults and kids alike!"

"My daughter and I were in the area for a basketball tournament. We booked weeks ago, but her schedule didnt come out until Tuesday the week of. We found out she didnt play until Saturday evening. On Wednesday, I asked the host if we could alter our stay to check in on Saturday to save a night. She said a refund for Friday night was NOT possible.
