"The place was very nice and clean. It had all the supplies that we would need for our stay. The beds were wonderful. I had no issues falling asleep. The property was also very quiet. I only have one negative and it is not about the townhouse. The pool was clean and felt great I was just disappointed that there were not any chairs so you could lay out. I don't know if that was mentioned in the information or not. We had to go and buy items to lay on."

"My husband and I came for a weekend to see our sons who are students at UF. We needed a dog friendly place and this is it—the back is fenced so we could let them out while we were back there—so easy. The house was well appointed—nice tile, linens, and fixtures, better than I expected. It is also close to downtown restaurants and pretty close to UF too. “Tiny” home but actually plenty of room. It would have been fine to have one of my sons stay upstairs in the loft so this place is also good for...

"Dock is great! New with composite decking so no splinters in little feet! House is small but works, we had family in and out all week and there was room enough for everyone to sleep and relax. "

"This property and house is well maintained, clean, and fully furnished. The dock is perfect for spending the day outside and playing in the water. The covered portion of the dock has plenty of room and seating for a group of 10. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again in the future!"

"We stayed in the cottage while attending a UF graduation. It was a pleasure staying away from the congestion of G'ville. Instead, we enjoyed a beautiful drive via 441 right into town, about 15 minutes away. The mattresses were pretty soft - a 2 night max for me, thus the 4 stars. But the cottage was comfortable, we loved sitting on the front porch, enjoying the breeze & the scent of jasmine. The location didn't lend itself to taking walks, but there are nearby options for that."

"My husband and I were looking for a place to stay near UF for my orientation weekend. I stumbled upon this “jungle house” and the mini golf is what immediately caught my eye! Marlon made the check-in and check out process seamless, providing all the steps and information needed to enjoy our stay! The house is adorably decorated, was dog friendly for our black lab, and the mini golf in the backyard was awesome and such a cool setup! Thanks again for hosting us, we will definitely be back!"

"This place is quiet, near downtown Starke, surrounding lakes and the airport in Gainesville. The owner responded to questions I might have quickly. Everything is new and the place is so cozy. This place is only 10 minutes from my daughter and it worked out great for us since we were down for a graduation. I cannot wait to rent this place again. "
