There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling. "Horrible stay. The shower was not working. Was not getting hot water also. Complained but nothing was done. They offered to change the room but it was too much trouble for me. Also on the last night; AC was not working. There was no cooling. I hardly slept. "
