Situated right on Voyageur Lake, part of the Eagle River Chain of Lakes, this villa enjoys quiet lakefront serenity with all the comforts of home. Swim or fish right from the dock, or spread out in the open backyard to watch clouds with the kids. Whether you want to be secluded or feel as if you have a whole resort at your fingertips, this home is a crowd-pleaser for every occasion.

You can enjoy everything the Northwoods has to offer. A few miles away in Eagle River, there is shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. Just down the road from this home, you can access miles of snowmobile trails during the winter. During the summer, you'll have lake access from the house, and you can enjoy fishing, swimming, and any boating activities you choose on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes! Boat Sport Marina is less than three miles away and directly on Voyageur Lake if you're looking for a boat or snowmobile rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Snowy Stay

Book it. :) We loved our stay! We had room for everyone. The layout on the main level was perfect for hanging out as a family. The upstairs bathroom had very little water pressure and should be looked at. The futon/4 seasons room can be "shut off" and used as a 5th bedroom, if needed. The freezer door annoyed us to get in and out of, but was fine for a long weekend. If you're staying for snowmobiling, you have about 5 or so miles to the trails. A deep clean of the carpets/rugs is necessary. Outside would be beautiful in the summer. It is a great setup!

Snow chasing guys

Very pleasant say very nice home clean and beautiful views. We take a trip every year if we don't have snow in our area and this was the perfect home base to stay. Theirs four of us that love snowmobiling and eating great food that we make ourselves. The grill and the large kitchen worked well. Thank you would stay again if in the areathe kithen

Not as Advertised

Property is nice, needs some maintenance. Fridge had cracked drawer and didn’t keep everything cool as it should, grill outside was dirty and fire pit area a mess. Dining table and chairs and sectional sofa needs to be replaced. Biggest issues is the management company, Vacasa, and their horrible communication! The cabin has no cell service and no land line so we couldn’t contact them from the cabin with a snowstorm approaching. We had to call their customer service number when we went into town and got a person in another state far away who didn’t help at all. Finally a local Vacasa contacted us but still didn’t solve all issues. We’ll never use them again.

Relaxing Getaway

Nice quiet property on the lake. Check in process and communication with owner was smooth. Everything clean and in working order. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking but not enough drinking glasses. (They do have some plastic ones). Renter should be aware there are no basic spices not even salt and pepper. Overall a nice, quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Comfortable Lake House

We spent a week at this house with multiple kids and adults and really enjoyed our stay. The house was well maintained and spacious, plenty of room for everybody to spread out. The deck was a nice feature with several tables so we could enjoy the scenery when we weren't out boating. Very conveniently located with decent proximity to town. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Was great to be able to have the whole family stay in one place. Being we went in winter, getting to the house was a little tricky, but we managed. Gathering space was large enough for us all to be able to eat and play games. Being on the water was great for those wanting to ice fish. Would recommend and would stay again.

Weekend get away

Perfect location right on the lake beautiful views from every direction nice bridge walk to a camp fire location with lights picnic table very nice plus your own private beach front with sand to walk on and go swimming boat docking with fishing pier my family loved every minute we plan on booking the same house for are next visit to to Eagle river Wisconsin

A very nice stay.

Location of the property was excellent on Eagle Lake right before the channel to Voyager Lake. Dock was nice, very small beach (but we were able to use a beach from a nearby property). Beautiful and secluded fire pit area. House was very nice, but showing some wear and tear. Had repeated problems with the tv as the router was behind a locked door and when calling to assist service they needed to send someone out who didn't come for about 24 hours. Water pressure for showers was rather low and some leaky sinks. One other complaint was that the supplies such as toilet paper was very chinzy and we ran out of garbage bags and had to buy some. We used our last dishwasher pellet on our final morning. But all in all it was a great stay with many memories for our family. This was our first time on the Eagle River chain and it is our favorite so far. We've been doing this for 4 years and this was the best yet.

Amazing Christmas in June!

Everything was great and fun was had by all! Because of this experience, we all want to do it again next year! A couple of minor things: 1. The side track on the sliding screen door is broken. It was when we got there. 2. There is a small leak under the dishwasher on the left side. 3. And, the water in the upstairs bathroom had no pressure. All in all, we loved it! Thank you!

Great place for family gathering

Excellent property for group of 18, very well kept and room for everyone. Fishing off the dock was great. Small sandy beach for swimming. Awesome fire pit with plenty of chairs. Bedrooms were huge with nice linens. Everything from laundry detergent to toilet paper was well stocked. Golf coarse right up the street. A memorable weekend at an awesome place.

Vacasa Eagle River Stay

Check in process was simple. Property was very clean. Cabin was very spacious and was more than enough room for our party of 18. Wasn't fond of the quiet hours but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home

Great vacation property with nice views of the water. The walk to the dock is shorter than it looks in the pictures. It has a great firepit area. Great open concept kitchen/dining/living area for gathering with friends/family. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and stretch out. We would definitely stay here again.

Family snowmobile trip

This is a very nice place with plenty of space for sleeping and spending time together. The trails are very easily accessible . There were plenty of towels and bed linens. My only comment is that the need to supply more than one roll of paper towel for the kitchen and some all purpose cleaner to clean off the counters after meals/use. Overall... very satisfied!

Beautiful location and fully loaded

We absolutely love our stay. We came for just a weekend with a large group of 16 and a dog. We've stayed at other locations before so we didn't expect to have much but there were plenty of dishes and utensils, definitely plenty of beds, the place was really clean when we arrived, and the communication with the property management was good and professional. I'd definitely recommend this place for those wanting to get away from the city and just enjoy the beautiful scenery and outdoors.

great time!

We had a great time in Eagle River. The property was clean and fit us all well. Only a few things to maybe change. We ran out of trash bags and dishwasher detergent. There could be (or say there isn’t) firewood for the bonfire. And the pool at the golf course was closed. Otherwise it was fantastic.
