"The home was the perfect place from which to attend our friend's wedding in Nutrioso. We were able to utilize the well-appointed kitchen to put together the rehearsal dinner which was cooked and served off-site. Lots of counter space, large refrigerator, and tables that we could use for building the meal for transport to another location. Many spices and seasonings, with the exception of salt, were available for use, as was coffee, sugar, creamer, and coffee filters. Two types of coffee pots...

"This property is very well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. Everyone was very impressed. It has an awesome view, pretty easy to get to. Outfitted with everything we needed to cook meals and feel right at home. It is also very tastefuly decorated with a cabin in the woods feel by its a full blown house. Thank you to the host for quick replies with questions. We will likly stay there again "

"Me and my bf visisted AZ for the first time to visit my mom for Mother’s Day and needed somewhere cute and clean. This property checked all the boxes. We loved the fact that the cabinets were stocked with all the essentials (coffee, oatmeal, water, snacks etc). "We originally planned a Rocky Point Mx. trip for this weekend as it was my wife’s birthday. With all the tension at the border right now, we stayed local instead. This place was a last minute grab. This is a quaint two bedroom bungalow attached to a larger house. The bungalow was perfect for what we needed.It was very well kept and clean and was great for what we needed. The host was very communicative. It snowed the first night we arrived so that kind of kept us in doors, but we made the best...

"Very cute and comfortable! Katy was very quick to respond to a couple very small issues! Batteries for remote and extra trash bags. Our reservations were at the time of the fires there and Katy kept us posted as to what was happening and when evacuationwas lifted. I would definitely stay there again! Had a great time there! "My husband and I stayed at this cabin for our first year wedding anniversary. It was exactly as described! Very cute and quaint. A perfect walk to the Molly Butler Lodge and the diner in town. The Little Colorado River is visible from the walking path and is so pretty and peaceful. The property owner was responsive and helpful. Would 100% stay here again and again. It is tucked away and just wonderful. Plus parking and access to streaming services to watch movies and such! "

"The great room and surrounding porches were great hangouts. The many reclining chairs were mostly comfortable but some are not functioning properly. Need attention or discarding due to difficulty of getting out of the chairs.It was a very enjoyable stay in this well equipped home."

"Monteverde was very nice. It was clean and relaxing. Unfortunately, the water well went out during our stay and we were moved to another cabin. The 2nd cabin wasn’t as big or nice. I understand that things happen and certainly appreciate that they were able to get us in another cabin. I would have hoped that they would offer to reduce the price of our stay. They did not. "
