"The location was fine - nearby drugstore and many places to eat. The property was dirty (smelled) and had roaches and old cheap furniture. The room had a weird layout, including sinks in both 'bedrooms' and a desk in front of an adjoining room door. My senior citizen roommate and I had concerns for our health while staying in the room. "People were dealing/smoking drugs outside or just sitting in their cars. Also I had to put out a cigarette but fire outside the hotel. When trying to find water to put out said fire all ice machines and water fountains were not functioning. Otherwise it was clean, great front desk service and awesome location."

"Second time staying at this location and it’s been amazing both times. Location across the street from Target Field was perfect for us as we were going to a ballgame. It’s also on the main Blue/Green lines for transit so you can zip around the city with ease. The full kitchen was great, especially since we were traveling with a toddler. The 18th floor common area is a great place to hang out before the game. Only negative thing about the property is the parking as you have to pay a third party...

"Overall a nice stay. Property could definitely use some updating but not a bad place to stay. Staff was all nice and helpful when needed. Breakfast left a little to be desired but ok for an extended stay hotel. "

"I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!"

"I loved the house it was so spacious and comfortable. The host were super helpful and had a wonderful communication skills."

"It was nice. Little short on sleeping places but kids slept on floor. Teenagers disappointed in no wifi but parents thought it was a good thing. Overall it worked for our family to all be in one place instead of all hotel rooms for a family wedding "

"We had an excellent stay and found our contact to be very responsive. We were given giving a bit of a late checkout which was very much appreciated!"

"From booking to checkout, Joe was quick to respond and easy to work with. The property was perfect for 4 employees in the area for a 3 day project. If and when we are back in the area, we would definitely stay at this property again. "
