"We were in a Jr. Suite. The AC worked great, it is in a quiet street but in the heart of Marylebone so the location couldn't be better. Between Marylebone High St, Marylebone Lane and Chiltern St there is every kind of shop or restaurant anyone could ever want. The room was large and the bed was good. It is certainly NOT the cheapest option and at the price you do have other good options. One point worth making for those with mobility issues. To get into the hotel you have to climb 5 or...

"Location is great. The Front Desk & the bell service were great. Loved about the toilet. ( just like everywhere in Japan. washlet toilet ). Price for the room is a bit over priced. Also In-Room dining menu has room to improve for menu selections. Lobby area is beautiful with flower arrangement. I would select this hotel again for London stay. "

The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay."
