"My overall rating is bad for this hotel because these people lack business integrity. They charged me for the same set of services twice. I even showed them proof in my credit card statements that I already had made the payment. They promised me that they would look into this and keep the duplicate charge on hold. "Excellent location with it being connected to a large mall and also next to metro station. Walkable distance to many restaurants and also staff was amazing! Very efficient and helped with our luggage and storage. "

"The breakfast was good but not always well supplied as there were a lot of people staying in the hotel. The staff were friendly and supplied us with a North American voltage converter and printed some documents for us. "

"Very clean room. Room size is decent base on this price. Two things for the bathroom which have some design issue. No saddle bathroom floor to prevent water leaking to the hotel room. Also the faucet comes with sensor which is not good design. "

"Clean room. Lovely front staff and cleaning staff. The room was good and it felt spacious. The room was very humid. So they put a dehumidifier there. It was a bit noisy and the tank had to be empty three times in 2 days. Thats probably the only problem. Also toothbrush and toothpaste had to be purchased. That felt a bit unnecessary "

"Absolutely horrendous beddings, bathroom, and air conditioning. For a 5 stars hotel I expect a whole lot better. I literally have to book another hotel in the middle of my first night here because I couldn't sleep on this god awful mattress. They also gave me a twin bed too when I specifically asked for a king bed. Staff unwilling to compromise or even consider a partial refund. Well, that's cool, ur just losing my business from now on. "

"Modern, clean, luxurious hotel with a beautiful infinity pool, sauna, steam room, and rooftop cocktail bar. We had a high floor room with harbour view which was so worth it. The location is close to transit and in a newer area that is a bit more chill away from tourist crowds. What more can you want"

"This hotel is an oasis of style, quiet and comfort in the Kowloon area. Within a 5 minute walk of the A21/ A22 bus to the airport and in the midst of a bustling area full of food/ shopping etc. The room was absoluteky beautiful with a comfy bed, great temp control, and an original bathroom/ shower/ toilet room setup- areas could be separated out and there was a large sliding door to isolate the sleeping area from the bathroom area. Really calming, lovely decor as well in room and in restaurant...

"Our family of 4 stayed in a suite for 4 nights, the room is very big and nice. Kids love it, of course the price is there. Two things I don’t like, the shower room door bottom leaking . And at last day we found a cockroach near the door, that’s ready disgusting."
