"When we arrived there was only 1 towel for us both. We called reception and they said towels were being washed. When we return 5 hours latter, still no towel. We called reception again and were told nobody was on site and we needed to ask in the morning. In the morning we asked staff serving breakfast and did receive 1 more towel. "Our group of 3 adults spent 4 nights at the Biz Apartment Gardet. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was nice so that everyone had a room for sleeping and privacy. The kitchen had a huge fridge and freezer and was fairly well stocked with dishes. Blackout curtains would have been nice, as there is very little darkness at this time of the year. "We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Beautiful location right by the water. Great view and an excellent buffets (breakfast and dinner). Friendly and helpful staff. We loved the sauna and being able to jump into the nearby water. Easy to take public transportations. Take the boat out from Stockholm city if you can. Only a 1 h ride. Going back with the "blue train" and bus (or just bus) also works well, even now during the track renovations. Everything was above expectations! We would love to...
