"I recently visited this property during the Canada Day long weekend and I’m in awe of the view and the hospitality Brett and Jane had to offer. This was a relaxing trip for us and we just wanted to get away from the hustle bustle of the city. This spot is also great for people who like water sports, canoeing etc. The cottage is newly renovated and located at the Haliburton lake. "Great spot for a weekend away with the boys. Everyone in the group had a great time, proterty was exactly what we wanted and needed and even my pup had a great time.Would definitly come back with the guy or the family"

"Bob's cottage was so nice we started planning our next visit before we even left! It was quiet, beautiful, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were so comfortable I checked what mattresses they were before we left to buy them for my home! Incredibly well-stocked and Bob was so wonderful and responsive. "Liked the lake side setting with a beach area suitable for activities of watching the sun set. Had a good selection of watercraft available for guest use. The barbecue on the deck was a real plus giving a lot of flexibility in menu selection."

The owners were so wonderful, leaving everything needed for a wonderful week. The lake was great for swimming. The kids had an absolute blast jumping in off the docks. "Very clean and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. Had a really great time with our friends. Would definitely recommend for a simple and very quiet getaway!
