"Lovely old pub to stay at. Plenty of parking. We were there Sunday night and they have limited menu for food (roasts, fish and chips or a burger) but what we had was really good. Shout out to Jill who seemed to be every where. Dealing with check in, serving behind the bar, taking orders at the table and delivering food to tables!!! Amazing!! And to top it off a really good breakfast to see you off. Highly recommended"

"All the staff were very friendly and helpful and a well stocked breakfast buffet with poached eggs cooked to order. The WiFi however is not good resulting in our bar food order not going to the kitchen via the till, but we were recompensed for the error and the long wait, and our food arrived eventually. "Convenient location off the motorway. Plenty of parking. Friendly check-in. Room was spacious, clean with large bed and well fitted bathroom with a decent shower. Good facilities in the room such as hair straightener and hair dryer but no kettle. Hot/ cold water is available at a tap in the corridor so be prepared to take your teapot to get water for a brew. Food is served at the adjoining 'diner' which was always busy. Not great options for vegetarians (a plant burger) but breakfast went did...

"Liked friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds and pillows. Not happy with bathroom bin had not been emptied and floor was dirty. Food was quite pricey. Swimming lessons were happening in the pool - more a gym than spa experience."

"This was our first stay at Go2 Portishead. We were welcomed by a nice receptionist. The room was clean with everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The parking was convenient and nearby. We would recommend the hotel and hope to stay there again."
