This was our first time in DR. This property was great! The staff was helpful, property was clean and well maintained. The beach was absolutely beautiful. Pools were well maintained and the property was renovated about 6 months ago. Only negatives were À la carte restaurants and the push to join their club. At 3 of the 4 À la carte restaurants that we ate at we waited 20+ minutes for drinks after being seated and our waiter/waitress would disappear for long periods of time. One morning they wanted to “take us to breakfast”. Of course that meant they were going to try to get us to join their travel club. They were very kind until they understood that we were not interested. The salesman then changed completely and became rude and couldn’t get rid of us fast enough. That part of the trip was extremely disappointing and put a damper on our trip. We would still return and recommend the property to friends!

Las habitaciones impecables, las instalaciones muy bien mantenidas y las albercas limpias y jardines hermosos . La zona de la playa bien cuidada y con camastros. Los restaurantes con buen nivel de cocina , muy rico todo . Excelente servicio de casi todo el personal , hay algunas personas como el staff de entretenimiento, los del restaurante Miraflores, los del bufete , recepción, spa , que se llevan las palmas , mis respetos para el excelente trabajo que hacen . Únicamente tuvimos un inconveniente con un mesero de nombre José Luis , pero los detalles de los sucedido se los mandaré directamente al hotel, ya que fue irrespetuoso . En fin, felicitaciones a todo el staff, hacen que uno no se quiera ir nunca del hotel. Gracias por hacer de nuestras vacaciones algo increíble.
