"Our trip was fantastic. We had a few questions when we checked in and Dean/Team were very helpful and informative. We spent the majority of our time in the theater and it was all you could ask for. We plan on making this our annual house for our yearly guys weekend. "

"What a great stay! This home was perfect for us. Just minutes away from Starved Rock, Buffalo Rock, Matthiessen, and Illini State Parks! And when we came back from hiking, they have a water cooler which was a nice perk! This home is a Lustre home, which I had never heard about. "The cabin was nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was mostly ok so I just point to negatives. I was disappointed with the outdoor areas. The decks were in poor condition, covered with debris and fallen brush. One section of the guardrail was broken, which was concerning. The garage was unusable, we had to park our cars outside. "Space was clean and cute. My only complaint is the sulfuric water, although, they had an additional water source for drinking. The property is located next door to a cemetery, which for me is not a problem at all, but I know many people would want that information before booking. I’m thankful to the hosts though! They truly were wonderful! "

"The owner was very prompt, professional and friendly during booking and pretrip arrival. The home on the Kankakee River had comfortable furniture, beds and chairs.The kitchen had all high -end and functional appliances. "Everything was as advertised. We did have some minor issues with the heating unit but we figured it out eventually. Also, the dishwasher did not work but we only needed it at the end of our stay. I'm sure it'll get fixed."

"If Harry Never Met Sally, was a beautiful place. It was well maintained, and very clean with exception of some dust on shelves and in some cabinets, other wise it was spotless.
