"A great family hotel. Spacious room with comfortable bed, good bathroom, balcony and small kitchen. Fantastic breakfast every day. Located walking distance to 2 metro stations and Petronas Towers. The staff are great, friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend this lovely hotel."

"The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

"My stay at The Face Suites in KL was fantastic and truly exceeded expectations. This hotel-apartment hybrid offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and an unbeatable city view. The standout feature for me was definitely the rooftop infinity pool – it offers a breathtaking view of the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. Whether during the day or lit up at night, it’s absolutely stunning and one of the most iconic views you can experience in KL."

"Pros: Pool, gym, large room, laundry facilities in room, kitchen, all requests were responded to promptly, walking distance to park, mall, restaurants, tour operators pick up in front of hotel Cons: Breakfast was not included in our rate, floors were polished stone that was very slippery, people tracked water from pool into hallways and elevator, lack of options for vegetarians"

"It's fully equipped, the management is super helpful. And the place is super clean with parking provided. Soundproofing is quite bad to be honest, wish the windows can be soundproofed and sound from corridor can be heard. Lift can be improved but overall it's a great place to stay."

"Very good location. MRT Conlay subway station 3 minutes walk. Large trendy shopping mall Pavilion, 12 min walk. We had a 1-bedroom apartment with view of Petronas Twin Towers from the bedroom. Our apartment had stove, microwave and washing machine with dry cycle. The rooftop infinity swimming pool is a great selling point for this property. Might be very busy at times.
