Our wonderful one-room apartment is quiet yet centrally located, with a south-facing balcony. It’s a 15-minute walk to the Düsseldorf Trade Fair and the Merkur Spiel Arena, and the subway takes just 8 minutes to reach downtown. A special highlight is Nordpark, just a few meters away, which is perfect for lovely walks and a visit to a café

The apartment was freshly renovated in August 2025, and all the furnishings were updated.
The apartment is located in the second row with a sunny balcony, making for a particularly peaceful night’s sleep.
And yet it’s very centrally located. By train, you can reach the city center in just a few minutes; it’s a 15-minute walk to the Düsseldorf Trade Fair (or just 5 minutes by train) and to the Arena.
Two subway stops are just a few meters from the building, with trains running every few minutes.

The apartment features a double bed (180x200) and a pull-out sofa bed that measures 140x200 cm and sleeps two additional people.
The kitchen is very well-equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals.
A coffee maker (Senseo), electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and stove are provided.

The bathroom features a bathtub and a hair dryer.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping options, several upscale restaurants, and snack bars for a quick bite.
Nordpark, with its Japanese garden, is right outside the door and, with its beautiful cherry blossoms and attractions, invites you to take a walk or visit the new restaurant.
The Aquazoo is also just a 5-minute walk away.
