"The cabin was just perfect for our family And super clean. All the extra things to do around the property, basketball courts, playground equipment, fishing pond, outdoor fire place, fire pits with all the wood precut and stacked by each cabin, etc. was awesome . Our host Connie was amazing. She was super responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to revisit. We would highly recommend this cabin!"

"The host was incredibly fast to respond to any messages. There were no issues, but when I asked questions, he was very quick to answer. It was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. Close to the highway and shopping and restaurants. The dining room table was perfect for hanging out and playing games at night. "

"We have stayed in various hotels and VRBOs during the years our son has been at UArk. This was one of our very favorites. Perfectly furnished, super clean, great view overlooking the football stadium. I wish we had found this place our son's freshman year rather than his senior year!"

"Great location and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On game day, it really helped to be walking distance to the stadium and to our son’s fraternity house. Our host was very responsive, even when I couldn’t find the remote for the a/c that was right where it was supposed to be. :)"
