Every room offers windows that open to let in the crisp mountain air, and a whole-house fan helps circulate fresh breezes throughout the home. The basement, being partially subterranean, naturally stays cool year-round, providing a refreshing retreat even during peak summer temperatures.
MAIN LEVEL:
The primary suite features a king bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a large bathroom complete with a double-headed shower and its own washer and dryer. The sunroom offers a dining table and a cozy sitting area with lovely views of Celebration Pond. There’s also an office with a dedicated workspace and a queen sofa bed, adjacent to a full bathroom. Convenient garage access is available on this level.

The basement includes two bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with a twin-over-full bunk bed—as well as a half bathroom. Entertainment options abound here, with a media room featuring a large TV and a game room equipped with pool and foosball tables plus a television.
